Make a Difference in a Student’s Life Today and Take the First Step Towards a Safer Tomorrow.
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) needs to be balanced with Emotional Quotient (EQ).
And understanding how our intelligence evolves between the ages of 8 & 18; and then for the rest of our lives, is empowering and provides the solid foundation for dealing with life's challenges most successfully.

Delve into a journey of empathy, understanding, and action with our comprehensive presentation. Designed by survivors, this course teaches the student how to cope with feelings of hopelessness. Most psychologists agree that hopelessness is the last domino to fall before a serious attempt to end one’s own life occurs.
Let’s empower the upcoming generations to recognize hopelessness as a symptom that requires treatment the same way a headache, or toothache, requires treatment. By equipping educators and parents with the right tools and knowledge, we aim to foster environments where every child feels understood and supported. Join us in our mission to cultivate hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
Calling all parents & teachers; for the first time we can hear from those who survived the ultimate consequence of hopelessness. Who can better define the process that leads a person into such despair that they would consider ending their own life?
And who is better to provide the most affective defense against such devastation than those who have walked that walk and can now tell us, first hand, how to arm our next generation against the deepest level of hopelessness.
Rather than just treating the symptoms, we go directly the root cause within this simplified course. By clearly understanding the five stages of intellectual development, your student will be able to recognize the number one culprit that robs youngsters of the bright future they deserve.

About
The Survivors Initiative:
Surviving hopelessness is spearheaded by Deborah
Susan, a published author; along with Brian Thomas, who are both passionate advocates for mental health. This initiative is deeply rooted in personal experiences with bullying and the profound impact it can have on mental health. Through a blend of educational resources, including engaging workbooks and a supportive video presentation, the project aims to equip teachers and parents with the tools needed to address these critical issues directly with the students.

TO CONQUER HOPELESSNESS
Together we can empower the youth of today to recognize hopelessness as a symptom to be treated
like a cold or a headache.
Consider how bad it has to be to paralyze our number one human instinct to survive AND turn our
own hand against our own life!!
Are we ashamed if we need help to fix a broken bike or cell phone?
Join us, please, fellow survivors. We want to mobilize a multitude to reach out and embrace our
youth with the most important facts of life!
